I went to Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital Mysore as I was suffering from Cataract. In which even though I have language problem, Dr. Praveen S Alavandi Sir performed cataract surgery very well with new technology and facilities without any kind of problem. After the surgery, I feel very well, which I am very happy about. For which I thank Dr. Praveen Sir a lot.
Shilpa Madam helped me well in making the insurance claim and her staff also provided good support. For which thanks to Dr. Praveen sir and the hospital.

I was completely dissatisfied with my visit. I had to wait for 1.5 hours till I could see the Doctor. The refraction and test procedures took longer than required. The Doctor did not actually address my concern about pain due to contact lens use. He was only trying to sell me a refraction corrective surgery and told me that I am 'suffering' if I continue to wear glasses and contact lenses.
